Post: why doesn't this site remove scammer's ads

It's dissapointing that birdsmart doesn't seem to discourage
scam posters.

this ny poster reveals her domestic raised birds are located
in central africa,
their ip is a known spammer, but they are still allowed to
scam on this site.
