If you bought this bird from a breeder contact them and tell
them of your situation.
If it came from a pet store, ask them.

If you are able to hand feed, offer the bird some hand feeding
formula and see if it takes it.

Also, an avian veterinarian would be your best option if you
truly want to save this bird.
