Grey Cheeks were imported in HUGE numbers back in the 1970's/early 80's
(from what I remember, as far as my dates go)and could be found for under
$100.00.

Importation stopped, and now you cannot find one at all. They do not breed
well in captivity, and most die before leaving the nest...(
