I just mated up a couple of quakers I have, males a blue,
females a green. They laid about 2-3 weeks ago but they
wont go in the nest box at all. I changed it once and still
nothing. I tried to incubate the babies and it didnt work
well when the light blew in the middle of the night but I
know they were all fertile. 6 eggs went to waste. Then
after they stopped laying, i got a differant nest box and
another cage to try starting all over to see if that worked
and yesterday there was yet another one on the bottom of
the cage. Is there anything I can do to help them with the
nest box? They were the standard cockatial sized ones with
pine shavings. Or are they just to young and imature?
Something Ill just have to wait till they grow out of. They
were gaurding the eggs after she laid them so I know they
were aware of it. Any help would be appreciated!! Thanks
    for looking.
