I know someone who moved to KY and took their "Grey-breasted
Parrot" with them. Many folks don't know the difference, but
there is a difference.. grey-breasted or green-backed parrots
are kept discreetly but happily by some in KY. Clipped
regularly, no delays there! Quaker parrots or Monk Parakeets
are nowhere to be found.. heh heh heh
