    I had two friends die this past week...not a fun week. So, that was
    one reason for missing my appt....somehow i forgot about
    it...imagine that.
    Organic foods are really popular in richmond, va so those kinds of
    stores are EVERYWHERE...its awesome.
    Hope you have a good holiday and thanks for sharing your info with
