Hi Sherry, Of course it's normal. He's a bird and he's a
Quaker. He will bob his head up and down and will quake
(shake all over), it is normal. Making sounds is great.
Quakers have the vocal ability to speak over 300 words
clearly. If you work with him, he will learn to talk and
he's just learning to make sounds. Isn't it wonderful?!!
