Yea... green beans come out looking awful. my Grey loves fresh green beans, he pulls the little beans out of the pods. I also dehydrate leafy veggies, sweet & hot peppers and serve them crumbled over other fresh foods. I use my dehydrator a lot because sometimes if I'm running a little late I just pull my baggies and fill their plates with no fuzz.
