    Make up an add stating what you just said but offering to
    give a bird a good home
    Post in laundymats, grocery stores, vet offices, petco news
    papers etc.
    There are so many people being displaced at this time and
    taking there birds to too full refuges. Go to petfinder.com
    & see if there is a good refuge near you. If there is
    volunteer and see if a bird picks you out. An older bird
    that has had a good life but the owner is in a bad
    circumstance is your best bet.
