Don't know what the device is. But probably no more odd,
disturbing, or maddening, than constantly seeing the
dangerous things still being sold in pet stores. Boxes of
grit with pictures of Cockatiels, mite protectors, Happy
Huts, bird cage litter, tiny cages with pictures of
Cockatiel, medium (Budgie at best) cages with pictures of
Macaws, all manner of over the counter bird "medicines", the
list goes on. They all have one thing in common. The bottom
line.
