If you are confident the info you have is correct, your best
bet could be to contact the local law enforcement, the
District Attorney and/or the Better Business Bureau in his
town. Even if the info is false, they can check that out for
you also. Unfortunately your experience seems to be the norm
when trying to do business over the internet involving live
animals. Good luck. Hope you can track him down.
