This is simply another arm of the Nigerian/Cameroon crime ring.
They keep shuffling their tactics but at the core it is the
same. They want you to send them a wire transfer and then they
will string you along and try to get more out of you saying they
are having trouble with customs. Then they will disappear into
thin air. Obviously they didn't do the research on pricing for
dove. They made a mistake and luckily this time it was caught.
