Why are you trimming their beaks? Nails and wings yes..but unless
the bird has a problem like scissor beak or for some reason can't
trim it on it's own there is NO reason to trim it's beak. They do
that themselves, that's why we bird people buy those really
expensive cement perches.
I also hope you know that eclectus have special dietary needs due
to their long digestive tracts. They can't be on seed diets..they
need lots of beans, rices, sprouts, legumes, fresh veggies and
fruit. I know because I have several of them and it's not
affordable...so it makes me wonder what you're feeding that is so
affordable.
