this happened to me when I was looking for Golden retriever.
Same thing I have to move and give up the pups. It will cost
x amount of dollars to fly them from Hawaii. Yadda yadda.
They even gave me the vets name that certified them. I called
that vet and they never heard of the person or the dogs.
It is a scam all over the internet!
