I used conventional framing techniques to build a rectangular shed 5' deep, 8' wide and 6' tall. This is a pretty good size for my young kids to feel comfortable in. Scaling it down makes it more "kid" than an 8' ceiling would. I also hoped it would keep me under the 12.5' height restriction. If you don't know standard framing practices there are lots of places on the web to find it; I won't duplicate it here.
