Whoa Whoa! Actually not everyone in fish and game is bad.
Just because you're having a problem with them, doesn't mean
they're all that way. You need to take a chill pill. There
are a lot of breeders who smuggle in birds and that's why
Miami airport has monkeys and all sorts of wildlife living
there. I'm actually glad somebody is doing something rather
than nothing. And if it turns out they were wrong, it's not
like the people selling the toucans will go to jail no matter
what.
