A parrot club is a great way to fuel your interest in your bird, as well as a great source of information on bird care and behavior. When choosing a club, it is important that you feel comfortable with the members and practices of that organization. Also, it is important to remember that information you hear at meetings is not necessarily the only side to the story. If you feel at all uncomfortable about the information, talk to your avian veterinarian and notify the club's president if you have concerns.
