    I just tried this will all my birds, and my B&G LOVED it,
    and even kept asking for more :). Heck even my sun conure
    liked it! And he is so picky! I also added some fresh
    berries into it whole. I will definatly be tweaking and
    playing with this so my birds can get a variety. Thanks so
    much for the great recipe! :)
