    You bought a bird, that right now is smarter than your child,
    and requires more time, patience and money than your child (if
    you use cloth diapers anyway)....

    You are not going to get your money out of the bird. It is
    not fair to the bird to go to a fourth home and to be bounced
    around again.

    Find a real rescue (be carefull) or a die hard (meaning
    this) the birds are in nice quality cages, the bird room is
    clean (not counting seeds on the floor) toys and vet care are
    offered and beg said person to take on another 2 year old for
    50 years....
