    Welcome to the Birdmart.com Chatboard Network. We've provided this forum as an on-line tool for parrot enthusiasts everywhere. We invite parrot hobbyists across the planet to utilize this networking resource to its fullest potential.

    When posting to the forum, please be mindful of the volume of posts that come through our board. This chatboard is at its best when we are able to preserve as long as possible those posts most beneficial to our community. For this reason Birdmart.com reserves the right to remove any post after a time, at our sole discretion. If you feel a particular post should be saved, for example a toy or recipe idea that you feel belongs in our resources, please write us at webmaster@birdmart.com and we'll do what we can to preserve this item.

    Posting Restrictions

    Posting of unsolicited commercial promotional materials (A.K.A. "spam") on this chatboard or via any Birdmart.com forum resource is strictly prohibited. Birdmart.com provides affordable advertising services, for details please visit our advertising section. Commercial vendors and others who violate this policy will be charged the prevailing rate for advertising services appropriated. By submitting commercial materials through any of the Birdmart.com forum resources, you agree to pay for these services upon receipt of invoice. Violations of this "spam" prohibition will result in reporting of the offending user and/or IP location to the poster's Internet service provider and all "upstream" ISPs. Birdmart.com interprets broadly the term "commercial" postings - if you have any questions about your posting, please email the webmaster at webmaster@birdmart.com. Our policy for unsolicited postings is to remove all postings which violate this policy. Additionally, any postings submitted more than four times in the same day, or more than ten times total, even if posted months apart - regardless of whether the posting is commercial or not will be removed from our chatboard and further access for the posting party will be restricted indefinitely. Additionally, a full report of abuse will be lodged with the posting party's ISP and/or IPP (web hosting company). There are no exceptions for this policy - if you suspect you may be in violation of our terms, please email our webmaster.

    Birdmart.com reserves the right to moderate and maintain our chatboards, chatrooms, and resources in the manner we feel will best foster professional growth among our users. For this reason we reserve without restriction the right to moderate our chatrooms or remove any chatboard posts, job listings, lesson plans, or other submitted material at our sole discretion. Please note: it is a violation of Birdmart.com chatboard policies to post under multiple personalities on this forum in order to develop a discussion or imply support for a position or post. Birdmart.com also prohibits "flooding" of our chatboards - the continuous posting of similar materials in such a span of time as to prematurely push other materials off the chatboard. Birdmart.com reserves the right to restrict posts by any individuals who violate these policies without notice and at our sole discretion. Materials posted unrelated to aviculture have no presumed privileges on this network.     If you find your access is restricted, please email us at webmaster@birdmart.com to inquire as to the cause. Posting parties who attempt to violate restrictions on their posting by forwarding posts via other members will cause the forwarding party to be banned as well. Please respect these policies and contact our system administrator if you are having problems connecting. In most cases, we will reinstate posting privileges after informing the poster of our terms, and requesting acknowledgement of our policies.

    Birdmart.com provides our resources free of charge, please help us serve all of the members of the Birdmart.com community by complying with all of our posted policies.
